A funding page that lists only friends is marketing. This one lists bands, caps, the cost of raising a rupee, and the money we declined — all from the audited accounts, all tagged.

Money we declined

A ₹3 crore multi-year grant conditional on pre-publication review of findings.
The independence clause is unamendable. We declined and published that we declined.
A sponsorship of the summit that included a logo beside the tracker pages.
A funder's name never appears beside a finding. We offered the summit programme instead; they left.
An advisory retainer from a counterparty named in the MoU Tracker.
There is no version of that engagement that survives being described in public.

The refusal log is the most important list on this page. An institution that has never declined money has either been lucky or quiet, and you cannot tell which from the outside. Now you can.
